Third-Party Integrations and Data Sharing
Who we share personal data with
Depending on how you use EverCurrent, we share, transfer, or disclose personal data with the following categories of recipients. Not every recipient receives every type of data. Details for each appear in the subsections below.
Google user data (sign-in and Google APIs): Information we receive when you sign in with Google or connect Google Workspace or other Google APIs is processed to operate EverCurrent and is stored on our cloud hosting (Amazon Web Services and Supabase) as part of that service. We do not share, sell, or transfer that Google user data to Amplitude, Airtable, Slack, Onshape, Atlassian, or similar integration partners in connection with your Google connection. It is not provided to Google Analytics or other website analytics tools as identifiable Google user content from the product. If you use AI features that send content to external model providers, any sharing of portions of your data with those providers is limited to what is described in the “Artificial intelligence and third-party models” section and only when you use those features.

These integrations require OAuth permissions that you can manage through your Google account settings. Review Google's Privacy Policy for details on how Google handles your data.
Google user data: sharing, transfer, and disclosure
If you sign in with Google or connect Google Workspace or other Google APIs to EverCurrent, we may receive Google user data (such as account profile details and content from the Google services you authorize, within the scopes you grant). We use that data to provide the EverCurrent features you request.
We store and process that information on cloud infrastructure operated by Amazon Web Services and Supabase as service providers acting on our behalf under contract. They host and process data for our application but do not use your Google user data for their own unrelated products.
We do not share, sell, or transfer Google user data obtained through Google sign-in or Google APIs to Amplitude, Airtable, Slack, Onshape, Atlassian, OpenAI, Google (Gemini), Amazon Bedrock, or other vendors except (a) our hosting providers above, and (b) if you use product features that send content to third-party AI model providers for inference, only the portions of data described in the “Artificial intelligence and third-party models” section of this Privacy Policy and only when you use those features. Connecting Google does not by itself send your Google user data to those AI providers.
We may also disclose information—including Google user data where applicable—when required by applicable law, regulation, legal process, or lawful governmental request, or as otherwise described in this Privacy Policy where necessary to protect rights, safety, and the integrity of our services and users.
We do not sell Google user data. We do not share Google user data with advertisers for their independent marketing. For a subprocessor list or questions about transfers, contact us using the information in the Contact Us section of this Privacy Policy.

These integrations help streamline project workflows and maintain comprehensive project documentation. Review Atlassian's Privacy Policy for information about how Atlassian handles your data.
OAuth and Third-Party Service Connections
When you choose to connect any of these third-party services through our platform:
- You are redirected to the service's OAuth authorization page
- We receive only the specific permissions you grant
- OAuth tokens are encrypted and stored securely
- You may revoke these permissions at any time through the connected service's settings
- We only request the minimum permissions necessary to enable the features you select
- We do not use your data for purposes unrelated to providing our services
Third-Party Privacy Policies: Each integrated service has its own privacy policy that governs how they collect, use, and protect your data. We encourage you to review the privacy policies of any services you choose to connect:
Artificial intelligence and third-party models
EverCurrent uses third-party artificial intelligence infrastructure (including large language models and related services) to power product features such as generation, analysis, and assistance. This section explains, at a high level, how that processing works and how we approach transparency, security, and subprocessors—similar to how many productivity and developer tools disclose AI use today.
How AI features use your data
We do not sell your personal information. We do not disclose personal data to third parties for their independent advertising, marketing, or other unrelated commercial purposes. Any sharing of information is limited to what is necessary to provide, maintain, and improve the EverCurrent service, and not for third-party monetization outside of those purposes.
When you use AI-powered features, we may send relevant portions of your input and supporting context (for example text you submit or documents and other content you are permitted to access in the product) to AI subprocessors (such as model API providers) that act as service providers on our instructions to perform inference. That transfer is for generating a response you asked for, under contract, not for those companies to use your data for their own advertising or unrelated commercial purposes. It is the same kind of service-provider processing many AI products describe, distinct from selling or broadly sharing personal information.
Data is transmitted to those providers using industry-standard encryption in transit. Which subset of data is sent depends on the feature, your actions, and applicable workspace or account settings. Other personal data practices are described in the other sections of this Privacy Policy.
Subprocessors and vendor oversight
AI subprocessors are vetted for security and privacy expectations before they process customer data on our behalf. We use contractual commitments (including, where applicable, data processing terms) that require providers to handle information consistently with our obligations to customers.
We publish or provide notice of subprocessors who may process personal data in connection with the service—including AI features—consistent with our customer agreements and this Privacy Policy. If you need the current subprocessor list for your organization, contact us at the email in the Contact Us section of this Privacy Policy.
Our use of customer data, confidentiality, and security
We use customer data processed for AI features solely to provide and improve the EverCurrent services under our agreement with you. EverCurrent does not use your customer content to train, fine-tune, or improve generalized or foundation AI models, and does not repurpose it for external commercial use without your express written consent. The service is not designed to autonomously publish your data externally without authorization you or your administrators control, and we do not use it to index you in public search engines, place it in public datasets for others, or show it to other customers except through sharing you enable or as required by law.
We treat that information as confidential, apply commercially reasonable safeguards, logical segregation, least-privilege access, access controls and logging, encryption in transit and at rest, multi-factor authentication for administrative access where applicable, and security monitoring. Indemnification and similar remedies are governed by your written agreement with us.
Specific confidentiality, security, and breach terms for enterprise customers are in your master services agreement, data processing addendum, or security exhibit. This summary does not replace those provisions.
Third-party model training and retention
We do not allow our AI subprocessors to use your customer content to train, fine-tune, or otherwise improve their general or foundation models. Our agreements with those providers prohibit that. How long those providers may retain inputs or outputs depends on the provider, product tier, and your contractual arrangements.
We do not rely on this section alone for legal commitments. Your order form, data processing addendum (if any), and main service terms take precedence where they differ.
Controls
Where the product supports it, you can switch between model providers for inference—for example OpenAI, Google Gemini, or Amazon Bedrock—so you or your organization can choose which vendor's models process your requests when using AI features.
Other settings that limit AI features, web access, or data sent for inference are described in-product or in customer-facing documentation. Administrators and workspace owners should configure those options to match their organization's policies.
