I’m writing this on a train, somewhere between manufacturing hubs, with a 台鐵便當 beside my laptop. Three dollars. Perfect.

The last two weeks have been Taipei to Hsinchu, down to Taichung, and back. Shop floors. Facilities. The places where the world’s most advanced hardware actually gets made.

The energy in Taiwan’s manufacturing ecosystem right now is electric. But what gets me every time isn’t the machinery. It’s the people. The speed at which Taiwanese designers and engineers move, turning complex concepts into physical reality, is unlike anything I’ve seen anywhere else.

And yet, talking to engineering leaders on the ground, the same question keeps surfacing: how do you scale this kind of speed?

As products get smarter, complexity multiplies. Teams drown in shifting BOMs, fragmented documentation, siloed tribal knowledge. Even the fastest engineers hit a wall when they’re spending hours just trying to stay aligned.

You can’t scale speed with manual coordination.

That’s exactly the problem EverCurrent is built for. Secure AI infrastructure for hardware teams, automatically turning chaotic data into clear signals and coordinated actions, so engineers can get back to building.

Taiwan has mastered physical velocity. The next step is giving those engineers the cognitive leverage to match it.
